This page explains what we collect and what we do with it. We have tried to write it in plain English rather than the usual wall of text.

AI4Convey is a business name of Amin Sadri Ghahfarokhi, ABN 79 154 216 959. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean AI4Convey.

What we collect

• Your name, email address and phone number. We use your email to send your report, and we pass your contact details to the conveyancer or property lawyer we copy in, so they can contact you.
• The contract you upload. A contract of sale and Section 32 contain other people's information too — the seller's name, the property address, title details.
• The date and time you uploaded, and the fact that you ticked the consent box.
• Basic technical information such as your IP address, kept for security.
• How you use this website, collected by Google Analytics (see below).

What we do with it

We read your contract to produce your report, and we email that report to you. We copy in a licensed conveyancer or property lawyer from our panel, who receives the same report, a copy of your contract and your contact details, and may contact you about it. You agree to that when you tick the consent box, and it is the only sharing we do.

We do not sell your information. We do not use your contract to advertise to you.

Where your contract is processed

Your upload is stored, and its text is read, using Amazon Web Services in Sydney. The text is then analysed by DeepSeek, an AI service whose servers are in China. Your report is emailed to you from Sydney. In practice that means your contract leaves Australia while your report is being written.

We tell you this plainly because Australian privacy law expects us to, and because you should know before you upload rather than afterwards. If you would prefer your contract not to be processed overseas, please do not upload it — talk to a conveyancer directly instead.

How long we keep it

• Uploaded contracts: deleted after 30 days.
• Your report and the record of your consent: kept longer, so we have a record of what we sent you and what you agreed to.
• Which conveyancer we copied in for you: kept, so that if you upload another contract with the same email address, it goes to the same conveyancer.
• You can ask us to delete your information sooner. Email us and we will.

Improving the service

We keep a copy of every report we send, and we read reports to find and fix mistakes in how the system reads contracts. This stays within AI4Convey.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use this website, such as which pages are visited. It uses cookies and sends information such as your device, browser and approximate location to Google, which may process it outside Australia. It does not receive your name, your email address, your phone number or your contract. You can block it in your browser's cookie settings or with Google's opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@ai4convey.com.au and we will respond within a reasonable time.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, tell us first. If we cannot sort it out, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Security

Uploads go over an encrypted connection and are stored in private storage that is not publicly readable. No system is perfect, and we would rather say that than promise otherwise.
